Concrete Drilling & Dowelling
The new mechanized Nationwide concrete drilling and dowelling system allows many different types of round and square dowels to be quickly and safely installed into existing concrete floor slabs, drastically minimising health and safety risks.
Featuring totally neumatic operation, the EZ Drill utilises a 3 speed motor (400, 900, 1600 RPM) and requires a minimum of 77 CFM for operation. The EZ Drill unit can drill holes from 5mm up to 62.5mm in diameter to a maximum length of 450mm.
The concrete dowelling system does not need to be anchored to the concrete, virtually eliminating any setup time. We simply roll the unit to the drilling location and commence our works.
The Nationwide concrete dowelling system vastly increases production rates of dowel installation as opposed to traditional manual methods. As an added benefit, the risk of vibration white finger is reduced. For further information please contact us.
