External concrete Floor Slab in Doncaster
Nationwide Concrete Flooring are extremely proud to announce the completion of our largest external concrete flooring project to date. Over a period of 12 casting days a total area of 15,000m2 was laid on behalf of Danum Developments Ltd for client Yorkshire Aggregates of Doncaster. Meticulous co ordination with both main contractor and the other sub contractors was required by the Nationwide Concrete Flooring production team in order to achieve the daily outputs (average 220m3 per day) required for the fast track installment of the external concrete hardstanding.
As well as the laying of the external concrete floor slab Nationwide Concrete Flooring also carried out the saw cut induced contraction joints and the joint sealant to all of the joints. For the saw cut induced contraction joints we used our own ever increasing in popularity Nationwide Instant Seal 101 joint sealant suitable for both internal and external concrete floor slabs. The Instant Seal 101 provides immediate protection to the edges of the joints to avoid break down under heavy trafficking. (For further details please see the joint sealant section of our web site)
