The club are proud to announce a new partnership with Nationwide Diamond Group!
The East Yorkshire company are celebrating their 15th anniversary this year and to celebrate they have agreed a significant commercial partnership with the Black and Whites, which will include one of their companies appearing on the club’s official Magic Weekend & Super 8s shirts.
Nationwide Concrete Flooring are one of the UK’s leading contractors and will feature as the main front sponsor on the club’s shirts this season, having previously worked with the likes of Superdrug, Clugston Group and Prologis.
They were originally established in 2003 by local businessman Allan Bamforth, with their headquarters based in Goole.
Mr Bamforth, Production Director, said: “We are very proud to be working so closely in partnership with the team at Hull FC.
“To see the back-to-back Challenge Cup winners wearing our company logo on their shirts is a very special part of our anniversary celebrations.”
He added, “Here is to a great weekend of rugby league at Magic Weekend as we go head to head with our old rivals Hull KR, we hope it will be a great day for the players and the thousands of fans making the trip to Newcastle.”
Nationwide Concrete Flooring will feature on the new-look Magic Weekend jerseys which have once again been created in partnership with Marvel and ISC.
The club are set to unveil a new character and shirt design later today, ahead their Magic Weekend clash against arch rivals Hull KR at St James’ Park later this month, the home of Newcastle United Football Club.
Speaking about the new partnership, Hull FC’s Executive Director, James Clark said: “We really value our partnerships with successful local businesses and Nationwide Diamond Group are another shining example of a local firm that have gone on to enjoy national recognition.
“We’re looking forward to working with Allan and his team, whilst we also enjoy having their family around the club as they are all big Hull FC supporters!
“This is a fantastic opportunity for Nationwide Diamond Group to appear on one of our most popular shirts at a showcase sporting event, as well as being aligned to Marvel - one of the most iconic names in entertainment and publishing.”
He continued, “This is the latest step in our growing relationship with the Nationwide team having already sponsored our tour to New South Wales and I’m sure this will be the start of a very successful partnership moving forward.”
The new 2018 Magic Weekend shirt, in association with Marvel, will be unveiled by the club later this evening and will be available to pre-order via the clubs online store.
Fans will also be able to pre-order their new shirt at the club shops from Saturday morning.
